1. Introduction

Redeem Deals ("Redeem Deals", "we", "us" or "our") is a rewards and offer platform available at redeemdeals.site (the "Service"). Members complete offers, earn points, and use those points to redeem premium AI tools, subscriptions and credits. This Privacy Policy explains what information Redeem Deals collects, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Redeem Deals.

2. Information We Collect

Redeem Deals collects only the information needed to run, secure and improve the Service:

• Name — the name on your Google account, used to identify your account.
• Email address — used to sign you in, contact you about your account and send important notices.
• Google account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details (see Section 4).
• IP address — recorded by our systems when you connect, used mainly for security and fraud prevention.
• Device and browser information — such as browser type, operating system, screen size and language.
• Account activity — your 6-digit member ID, points balance, points earned and spent, offers you start or submit, reward redemption requests, and fulfilled rewards.

Redeem Deals does not collect payment card details, passwords, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Information

Redeem Deals uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account creation and authentication — to create your account, keep you signed in and verify it is you.
• User support — to answer your questions and resolve problems with your account, points or rewards.
• Fraud prevention — to detect duplicate accounts, fake offer submissions and other abuse that would be unfair to honest members.
• Service improvement — to understand how the Service is used and make Redeem Deals faster and easier.
• Rewards and offer tracking — to attach your member ID to offer links, review completed offers, award points, record reward requests, and fulfill and display redeemed rewards.

When we display fulfilled reward redemptions, Redeem Deals shows only the 6-digit member ID, the prize and the date — never your name, email address or photo.

Security and Fraud Prevention

To protect member accounts and prevent duplicate-account and offer abuse, we record limited security information when you sign in or return to the site: your IP address (read by our servers, not your browser), the approximate country, region and city our hosting network associates with that IP, your device type, operating system and browser, and a random identifier stored in your browser for this site.

We do not collect GPS or precise location, and we do not use covert device fingerprinting. Location from an IP address is approximate and does not identify where you are. Shared networks are common, so a shared IP alone is never treated as proof of wrongdoing; accounts are reviewed by a person before any restriction.

Raw IP addresses and browser details are removed after 90 days; a one-way keyed code of the IP may be kept longer to detect linked accounts. This information is visible only to authorized administrators. If your account is restricted or suspended, you can appeal by emailing support@redeemdeals.site with your User ID.

4. Google Sign-In

When you choose to sign in with Google, Redeem Deals may receive the following from your Google account:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture (if available)

This information is used solely for account authentication, account management, and providing services within the Redeem Deals platform. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, Google Drive, calendar or any other Google service, and we never see or store your Google password.

Redeem Deals does not sell Google user data to third parties. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Redeem Deals' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove Redeem Deals' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Redeem Deals uses cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies for:

• Login sessions — to keep you signed in as you move between pages.
• Security — to protect your account and detect suspicious activity.
• Analytics — to measure visits and page usage in aggregate so we can improve the Service.
• User preferences — to remember choices you make on the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of Redeem Deals, such as staying signed in, may stop working.

6. Third-Party Services

Redeem Deals relies on trusted third parties to operate the Service:

• Google OAuth — to let you sign in securely with your Google account.
• Hosting providers — to host the website and store account data securely.
• Analytics providers — to understand aggregate usage of the site.
• Affiliate networks and offer providers — when applicable. When you start an offer, your 6-digit member ID (not your name or email) is added to the offer link so the completion can be credited to you.

These providers may process information only to provide their services to Redeem Deals. Offer websites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We may also disclose information if required by law.

7. Data Retention

Redeem Deals keeps your account data while your account remains active. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will delete or anonymize your personal information, normally within 30 days. We may keep limited records where required by law, to resolve disputes or to prevent fraud. Public reward redemption records contain only a member ID and may remain on the recent rewards page.

8. User Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information Redeem Deals holds about you.
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate.
• Request deletion of your account and personal information.

To make a request, email support@redeemdeals.site from the address linked to your account. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. Data Security

Redeem Deals uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that limit each member to their own data, and restricted administrator access. Points and rewards can only change through protected server-side processes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Redeem Deals is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Redeem Deals may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Please review this policy periodically. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
